Payment Options - Direct Pay, Credit Card, Mail
The Marshall Water and Sewer Utility billing is done on a monthly basis. Bills are mailed out 3-4 days before the end of each month. All bills are due on or before the 20th of each month.
How to pay your bill:
Pay online:
- Visit PSN Website to get setup.
- You can set up recurring electronic payments, make one time payments, and view your bill.
- There is no fee to the customer for use of the online payment system.
- For a fee you may use a credit card to pay your bill through the “PSN” system.
Pay using the Utility's "non-online" direct payment system.
- If you're a current "non-online" direct payer and you wish to switch to online payments & managing your account online please notify us at 608-655-4017 ext. 3. You will need to be removed from the direct payment system.

Pay in person:
- Utility billing office is located in the Marshall Municipal Building, 130 S. Pardee Street, Marshall, WI.
- A payment drop slot is available for your convenience on the left hand side of the front entrance to the municipal building.
Past Due Balances
You are responsible for all legitimate, undisputed charges on your bill. If your payments are not made on time your service may be disconnected and you may have to pay a re-connection charge to restore service.
Late Payment & Returned Checks / ACH Fees
A fee is charged for payments received after the due date or for a check/ACH debit that is returned by the bank for any reason.
