Payment Options

PAY BY MAIL:
Mail a check or money order (please do not send cash) to:

Make check or money order payable to "Marshall Municipal Court" and write the citation number on the memo line. Checks are
deposited on the last business day of the month.

PAY IN PERSON:

Marshall Municipal Building

Marshall, Wisconsin

    • Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), Friday (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
    • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, money order, checks, or a card subject to service fees. Checks should be made out to
Marshall Municipal Court and for the exact amount listed on the citation.
    • Payment may also be placed in the after-hours drop box located by the front door of the Municipal Building. The drop box is
checked each business-day morning.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD:
*CALL Government Payment Service, 24-hours a day, at 888-604-7888 (There is a 4.75% fee–$5.00 minimum–when paying by phone)
    OR
*PAY ONLINE (There is a 3.5% fee – $3.50 minimum – when paying online)
Have the following Pay Location Codes ready:
    • 5297 – Parking Citations
    • 5298 – Fines, Forfeitures, Traffic Citations, Restitution

PARKING CITATIONS:
    • Multiple parking citations may be paid at one time.
    • At time of payment, indicate at least one of the parking citation numbers.
    • Payment will be applied toward as many of the parking citations as possible.
