Cigarette licensing

Any person, firm or corporation in the Village of Marshall who, in any manner, directly or indirectly, upon any premises, or by any devise, sell, exchange, barter, dispose of or give away, or keep for sale, any cigarette, cigarette paper or cigarette wrappers, or any submstitute therefor, shall obtain a CIGARETTE LICENSE from the Village of Marshall.
