Licensing and Permit Information: Alcohol, Cigarettes, and Dog

All applications for beer & liquor sales, operator licenses, cigarettes, arcades or any other special licenses that expires on June 30th must be completed and the proper fees paid to the Village of Marshall by May 15th. Only properly completed applications will be submitted to the Village Board for approval at their monthly meeting on on the second Tuesday of the month in June.   The license year is from July 1 to June 30.

Dog Licensing

Dog Licenses are processed by the Village of Marshall Police Department as of 1-1-2025. All forms, materials, and payments can be dropped off or mailed to the Police Department, located at 130 S Pardee St., PO Box 540, Marshall, WI 53559.
